The price does not include: accommodation tax of 2,00 € per night per person.

The price includes:
- Air conditioned;
- 10% VAT;
- Accomodation and Buffet-Breakfast;
- Free WiFi;
- Equipment for minor repairs, air compressor and cleaning area;
- Private parking;
- Garden;
- Maps with mountain bike and trekking trails.
You can arrive and depart on any day of the week you like.
No pets allowed.
Booking conditions:
We kindly ask our guests to contact us by phone or email in case of arrival after 6:00 pm.
FREE CANCELLATION within 48 hours of arrival.Credit Card is required only for guarantee.
You can cancel/change date free of charge until 48 hours before arrival. If you cancel or modify your reservation within 48 hours before arrival, you credit card will be charged for tht first night.
Extra pay the citytax (1,50 Euro per person, per day)
Check in: from 2 pm until 8 pm.
Check out: by 10 am.
